The water pump on my 100,000 mile SUV failed on a busy workday morning, rendering my vehicle completely inoperable. I made one 5 minute call to The Specialists, and they took care of EVERYTHING. They arranged to tow my vehicle from my driveway to their facility so that I could leave for work. Within a few hours, I received a call and email with an estimate of the repairs (very reasonable compared to dealership prices). I also had them take care of some maintenance items I had been putting off (again, very reasonable prices). The work was finished quickly, even though they had to work me in and order parts. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and OEM parts were used. They do not cut corners at this place. There was friendly communication with updates and explanations the entire time they had my vehicle. I now have my vehicle back and running like new. I will definitely use The Specialists again

Did a good job of inspecting my car for state inspection and presenting me a list of items that had to be done and those that I could wait on. I googled all of the quotes and they were in line with those published. They performed the work I chose to do on time and even called to find out what might be covered by an extended warranty.

Very very nice people who run their business and service the way it should. My car is in good hands here...for sure.
