I had my inspection done at the dealership I purchased my CRV. Manager said I needed my back breaks done. I was puzzled, I just bought the car a year ago, they inspected before I drove it off the lot. Took some time for me to make the appointment. I called the dealership to make the appointment for Friday. (I did not want to miss work) Called the dealership back to see if I could get my CRV in sooner, manager said no. Asked if they have a rental, manager said no. Took Monday off (before the Friday appointment) and googled best car place near me and The Specialist came up. They gave me an appointment that day. Inspection, breaks and 60,000 mile work is done and my CRV runs like new. Dealership would NOT have made my CRV run like new. Everything happens for a reason! And in the END you just might find a qualified place to get you back on the road. My son's car and is now being serviced by The Specialist in Merrimack.
