Outstanding service. Auto #1 - two other repair shops could not find cause of soaked passenger side rugs. The Specialists found and fixed trouble in one day. Very happy as this was a problem for many months. Auto #2 - multitude of difficult problems. Took several days however all issues resolved including a wiring problem and a computer fix. Melissa (service advisor) at the front desk is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to explain things to. Not sure of everyone who may have worked on the car however Dustin is a “master” of anything with an engine. Some might say they are a bit pricey but for the peace of mind knowing that you auto is fixed and done correctly - in my mind is worth it. Thanks to all at The Specialists.

Have been coming here for several years now. Both my personal and business vehicles get serviced here. These people are honest and strait forward. Melissa at the counter is quick and considerate. She has most all answers to the questions and if she doesn’t know, she goes and finds out. The work has never been in question. I have never had any issues with something after it was repaired. The new appraisal system with detailed information regarding charges and repair is very nice. Well done. Keep it up!
