Melissa, the office manager, is fantastic, very on top of things, knowledgeable, and happy to get customers answers to any questions they have. I have 2002 Dodge Viper that had been having cooling issues. After spending over $3k at at a different shop without fixing the problem, Dusty at The Specialists (a trained and certified Viper technician) was able to get the problem resolved quickly and at minimal additional cost. Highly recommend these guys.

I reached out over the weekend because my vehicle wouldn’t start. They dropped me a line on the same day saying they’d call when they opened on Monday and did just that. I had my vehicle towed to their shop and had it back the same day. The price was fair and the work was done right. I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years and will continue to service my vehicle at The Specialists.

Absolutely the nicest ‘fix your car’ experience ever! I drove over an hour both ways (twice) to get my Toyota 4Runner in and repaired. Very pleasant experience and explained everything thoroughly. The owner and the pleasant woman at the front desk were great to work with. I’ll make the drive again if needed, it’s so hard to find a good garage these days!
